Looking Back, Mom

 

This poem is written from the perspective of someone who is now grown and is looking back upon their life, and the impact their mother had upon them. It is a recognition of the many sacrifices she has made for them. One of the lines, "There's a special place in heaven for Moms" sort of sums up how wonderful mothers really are.

A Mother's Hands

This is one of my favorite pieces. It is the story of how a mother starts off..and how she progresses through her life as a mother. It talks about the different challenges and joys that become a part of her life, and it tells the tale of how quickly children grow. This would be a lovely gift for your own mother, or for a new mother starting out. It is the timeless story of the love and dedication that a mother has for her child.
